Dr Faisal Alayyan is a UAE expert in Education and future skills, currently serving as President and CEO of the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) since September 2022. He leads HCT’s strategic direction, ensuring education aligns with industry needs and national economic goals. With over 20 years of experience in government projects, he has driven major initiatives in education and public sectors, including HCT’s “Shaping the Future 2023–2028” strategy. Previously, he played a key role in developing Rabdan Academy. He also serves on multiple boards, contributing to education, research, and investment, supporting national development and innovation.
