Dr Farah Sarraj is an education leader whose work spans school leadership, higher education, and system‑level innovation. She serves as Chief Corporate Officer (CEO) at Al‑Futtaim School Management Company and leads the Centre for Excellence in Arabic, where she advocates for 22nd‑century education, bilingualism, elevating the status of Arabic, and global citizenship.
Her career includes senior leadership roles in the United Kingdom (UK), contributions to school development in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and academic teaching at Ajman University (AU). She holds advanced degrees in English literature and educational leadership, and is currently pursuing a master’s in psychology and neuroscience of mental health
