Dr Fuzan Alkhalidi is a senior leader in philanthropy and development, serving as Director of Programs and Initiatives at Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, where he oversees the Arab Reading Challenge, the 1 Billion Meals initiative, and major healthcare and education endowment projects. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and humanitarian work, he has led sustainable initiatives across the Arab world and previously advised on healthcare strategy at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Prime Minister’s Office. His expertise spans endowment design, literacy programs, and innovative healthcare projects in collaboration with global partners such as UNESCO, UN agencies, and international NGOs. He is deeply committed to advancing literacy and humanitarian efforts that empower individuals and communities through knowledge and opportunity.
